SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Rates

All parcels for delivery within Australia are sent via Courier. Shipping rates are charged at a flat rate of $12.99 per order for standard shipping and $19.99 per order for express shipping. Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping within Australia.

Dispatch & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.

Shipping times vary depending on your location:

- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

We deliver to residential, business, and PO Box addresses within Australia. Please ensure you provide a valid and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect address details.

Order Delays & Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us, and we will assist in tracking your package.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to love your NoNast™ products. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind or have ordered the wrong product, we will provide an exchange or store credit, provided that:

- The item is unused, in original, sealed packaging with all labels attached.

- The return request is made within 30 days of delivery.

- You provide proof of purchase.

- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, provided that:

- You contact us within 30 days of receiving the item.

- The product remains unopened and in its original packaging.

- You provide a photo of the damaged or incorrect item.

We will cover 100% of the return shipping costs in these cases.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

- Opened or used personal care and skincare products.

- Custom or personalised orders.

- Sale items (unless faulty).

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your exchange, store credit, or refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Undelivered & Returned Packages

If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address details or failure to collect, we will issue a refund minus the shipping fee. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
