Magnesium Body Butter

Magnesium Cream is great for everyone — from kids (start with a small amount) to athletes. Supports sleep, stress relief, muscle recovery, and cognitive function, especially during times of high physical or emotional stress.

Start with a pea-sized amount on the soles of your feet at night, 2–3 times weekly. Gradually apply to other areas like stomach, legs or back. A light tingle is normal and may ease over time. If skin feels sensitive, apply a thinner layer or over moisturiser.

Start slowly and let your body adjust. Once comfortable, use daily or as often as needed. Your body will only absorb what is needed, so you can’t overdo it. For best results, apply in the evening before bed.
